We help departments to ensure that they employ the right balance of staff in terms of skill and experience through recruitment and talent management. Our other areas of work include change management, employee relations, policy development, employment law, staff welfare and TUPE.
No two days are the same, and you need to be able to think on your feet!
You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills such as empathy, sensitivity, tact and discretion, the ability to get on with a range of people and work well in a team, strong organisational and administrative skills and be able to manage your time effectively.
