As Care Recruitment Officer reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a pro-active recruitment service to both the Home Care and Complex Care departments, working alongside a Care Recruitment colleague.  You will support the Head of HR and the Director of Integrated Services and the operational care managers of both services to develop and deliver impactful recruitment strategies designed to support them to achieve their business needs in line with the organisational objectives, values and goals of the SCiA Group.

The role will include, but is not limited to, designing and placing recruitment adverts, proactive use of resourcing tools to reach out to passive candidates, to regularly monitor and update our Applicant Tracking System and to arrange and undertake interviews. You will also ensure the compliance of staff files in line with the current legislation, maintaining confidentiality and keeping records accurately. You must have excellent communications skills to keep in touch with candidates and contribute to the management of our online job boards, supporting with company recruitment campaigns and the booking of training.

The ideal candidate will ideally hold a level 2 qualification in Business Administration (or similar) or CIPD Level 3 and have current or previous experience of working within a similar busy administrative, commercial environment.  You will possess a good level of self-motivation, drive to achieve deadlines and have the ability to work calmly under pressure, accurately and with a strong attention to detail.

We offer all our staff 25 days of paid annual holiday, your birthday off and a contributory pension scheme.

 The office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00pm

The salary ranges from £23000 to £25000 depending on experience.
