About Options Wellbeing Trust
Options has been delivering wellbeing services for over 50 years and became part of Social Care in Action (SCiA) in 2016. Social Care in Action is a group of charitable social enterprises providing community services across Southern England. Everything we do is focused on supporting individuals to lead the life they want, in the way they want. As a not-for-profit organisation every penny we make in surplus is reinvested back into the wider communities we work with. Our head office is in Southampton, with our main services delivered across Southampton, The New Forest and surrounding areas.
Options Wellbeing provide a service for adults who need support for any number of issues, from life changing decisions to the smallest, seemingly insignificant aspects of everyday life which can leave someone feeling confused, depressed and unhappy. We believe that everyone has the ability to change and that by providing a safe and comfortable environment, where a counsellor will listen and not judge; clients can explore and work through issues, concerns and feelings safely, thus acting as a springboard for a brighter future. The service is now working towards having a bigger impact and wider reach, improving the well-being of more people in and around the Southampton area.
