Options has been delivering wellbeing services for over 50 years and became part of the Social Care in Action (SCiA) in 2016. SCiA Group is a Southampton based group of charitable social enterprises improving health and wellbeing in communities across Southern England.
Options is a service provided for adults who need support for any number of issues, from life changing decisions to the smallest, seemingly insignificant aspects of everyday life which can leave someone feeling confused, depressed and unhappy.
At Options we believe that everyone has the ability to change and that by providing a safe and comfortable environment, where a counsellor will listen and not judge; clients can explore and work through issues, concerns and feelings safely, thus acting as a springboard for a brighter future.
We are currently looking for two Receptionists/Administrators as a job share position to join our team at our Westbourne practice in Bournemouth.
The hours of working to be shared are:
Mondays – 9:15am-5:15pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – 9:15am-8:15pm
Fridays – 9:15am-1:15pm
£20,800 per annum based on 40 hours per week
The role will include but is not limited to, collating summary sheets, attendance sheets and other paperwork to be submitted by the counsellors for each client, administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the practice, collecting and inputting data into spreadsheets and the practice system and maintaining clients electronic and paper based files.
