We are looking for someone special to join our Home Care team as a Coordinator in Southampton
It is essential for this role that you are have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

Reporting to the Home Care Registered Manager, you’ll make a real and positive impact to the lives of the people we support in Southampton. Working at SCA Care means that you’ll make sure that the care and support provided to our customers is tailored to their unique and individual needs.
Ideally with ability to work well under pressure, and with an engaging and energetic nature, this role would suit either an existing Coordinator looking for a new challenge or an experienced Senior Care Worker looking to take a step up.

On a daily basis you will be speaking with customers and staff, making sure the vulnerable people we support are never let down. You will roster staff, create care runs, liaise with families and assess new packages of care to ensure that we meet our commitments to everyone we support.
Your success will be measured against pre-agreed targets, and you will work as part of a close team of highly experienced care professionals.
This role is office based, Monday – Friday, however there is an on call element, which is undertaken from home. You will be provided with a work laptop and a work mobile phone in order to carry these duties out.
On Call is 7am to 10am and 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday. The on call is on a rotating roster.
